Since 2005, we have added a number of programs and services to complement our original “I-Excel” Support program. Our guiding principle in 2005 was the belief that individuals who have disadvantages should be in control of their destiny and not dictated by a recruiter. This precise tactic has created an over abundance amount of success due to the ability to match their desired dream to the real workforce opportunity. Our job is to assist, not to control. With every service that we have added since 2005, we have tried to adhere to this philosophy.

It is our belief that every person has the right to live in a home and support themselves. Our belief is that we ca make change in the community, brand our members, active and accepted new members just to improve the quality of life. Elimination of Recidivism is our primary competition. Our intent is to acknowledge the presence of GOD, implement a self sustaining supportive employment rehabilitation system and offer the unconditional career seeking support to align the potential candidates career with their current education or choice standards.
